After purchasing VIP, you can contact Gloda Customer Service for applying invoice, we'll send you electronic invoice back.

Can I apply refund after successful purchase?
VIP will be valid once purchase successfully, please check payment informantion carefully before buying. When purchase successfully, it will be considered as initiative, voluntary payment, it does not support refund.

Does Gloda support multi-device login?
Gloda supports same account login multi-end simultaneously (PC & Mini Program). However each end supports only one device online at the same time for checking LIVE details.

Does it support transfer to Corporate Account?
